1 TEASPOON SALT

3/4 TEASPOON NUTMEG

1/2 TEASPOON BAKING POWER

1 CUP OF CHOPPED WALNUTS

2 TABLE CONFECTION SUGAR

PREPARATION

BEAT EGGS , OIL, VANILLA , ADD APPLES AND SUGAR BEAT 1 MINUTE

COMBINE FLOUR, CINNAMON, BAKING SODA , SALT, NUTMEG , BAKING POWDER,

ADD TO APPLE MIXTURE STIR TILL BLENDED STIR IN NUTS

POUR BATTER INTO GREASED BAKING DISH

BAKE AT 325 DEGREES FOR 50-60 MINUTES

COMBINE CONFECTION SUGAR AND BROWN SUGAR AND SPRINKLE OVER CAKE
