COVER BOTH SIDES OF PORK CHOPS IN THE FLOUR,AND BROWN IN OIL

LEAVE ABOUT 1 TABLESPOON OIL IN PAN WITH CHOPS WHEN BROWNED

ADD APPLES , AND BROWN SUGAR, AND SYRUP

COVER AND TURN FIRE DOWN LOW AND LET SIMMER FOR 35 MINUTES
