WASH BEANS YOU CAN SOAK BEANS OVERNIGHT, IN THE MORNING PUT BEANS OVER FIRE BOIL TILL TENDER AS WATER BOILS DOWN CONTINUE TO ADD MORE WATER WHEN BEANS ARE TENDER . IN CAST IRON FRY PAN ADD OIL HEAT ,THEN ADD ONION ,CELERY, BELL PREPPER WHEN THEY ARE SOFT ADD GARLIC, STIR FOR 1 MINUTE THEN ADD FLOUR ,AND MIX WELL

TURN FIRE UNDER BEANS TO LOW AND SIMMER FOR ONE HOUR STIR OFTEN SO BEANS DO NOT STICK TO THE BOTTOM OF THE POT

YOU CAN ALSO MASH SOME OF THE BEANS AGAINST THE SIDE OF THE POT,.THIS MAKES THE BEANS COME OUT CREAMY
