2 1/2 TABLESPOONS ACTIVE DRY YEAST

GLAZE

1/2 CUP SUGAR

2 TABLESPOON BUTTER MELTED

1 TABLESPOON HONEY

1 EGG WHITE

PREPARATION

IN BREAD MACHINE PLACE ALL BREAD INGREDIENT IN ORDER LISTED ON BREAD MACHINE. WHEN DOUGH IS FINISHED MAKING THE MACHINE WILL BEEP , MY MACHINE TAKES 88 MINUTES TO MIX , KNEAD DOUGH . REMOVE

FROM MACHINE AND PUT ON LIGHTLY FLOUR OVER SURFACE ,CUT INTO 24 EQUAL PEACES AND ROLL EACH INTO A BALL . PUT IN 2 GREASED PANS, COVER ,AND LET IT RISE FOR 1 HOUR

FOR GLAZE MIX SUGAR., HONEY , BUTTER ,AND EGG WHITE . BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 20 TO 25 MINUTES TILL GOLDEN BROWN . BRUSH WITH EXTRA HONEY IF DESIRED
