MELT BUTTER IN SKILLET – IN SKILLET

ADD FLOUR AND WHISK FOR TWO MINUTES

GRADUALLY ADD MILK , GARLIC PEPPER . COOK AND STIR OFTEN FOR 1 MINUTE , TILL MIXTURE IS BUBBLY AND THICKENED

IN SMALL BOWL STIR TOGETHER CHEESE AND EGG GRADUALLY ADD TO MILK STIR TILL CHEESE IS MELTED
